RATES 2007

€ 100,- / night for 1-2 guests, third Guest + € 15,-

€ 600,- / week for 1-2 guests, third Guest + € 90,-

final cleaning € 30,-

price for high season (1.04.2007 - 9.04.2007,  14.12.2007 - 6.01.2008) +20%
price for short-term visit  (1-2 nights) +20%
price for long-term stay on application
 

CHECK-OUT / CHECK-IN

check out: 10:00 am; check in: 3:00 pm;  unless otherwise agreed

PAYMENT

To confirm your booking in the designapartment we eiher need your Credit card details (Visa / MasterCard) via fax / post / telephone or a 30% prepayment via international bank tansfer. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.

CANCELING

If you cancel 14 days before your arrival or sooner, we will credit your prepayment towards another booking within one year.

If you cancel within 14 days before arrival we can not refund any payments.
